    haha I knew i shouldn’t have the video start that way but was really excited and they are jump pulls, what made me lol was I put them on youtube to get them on here and someone saw it and commented say sick stuff dude lol.   • wow!! i loved those videos and copied them over and over last year the clean has become on of my best moves, need to get back to doing them again

    Todays workout: 500 kettlebell swings, 200 ‘any’ push-ups, 100 double kettlebell front squats and 20 double kettlebell overhead squats.
    For time, can be performed in any order that you like…My weights were 18kg KB for the swings & 2 x 12kgs for the squats (total 24kgs)..Completed in 76:06s…Happy Training…

    ok sure will get some done either Friday or Saturday I also have a video of the first time I TGU a 24kg so will look that out too. There is masses to read on both this and your caveman site so gonna be busy reading it all. Cheers for the offer thats a nice thing to do πŸ™‚

    Thanks for your reply. Was a bit late last night so made an error, it was a 50kg not a 56kg. Was getting a little ambitious, lol. Will try to do a video, but not the best at that type of thing. Off to the gym in a minute so will keep on swinging πŸ˜‰

    Oh man! started kettle-bells about 18 months ago in fact joined a gym for the first time 18 months ago, reason being all my life I have suffered from tourettes and about 5 years ago they finally got my meds to a point I could actually do stuff like go to a gym haha!!. I am no expert on the history of kettlebells but I find it an interesting subject and would like to learn more and what better way to share anything I may find than to contribute here πŸ˜‰ I am not half bad at researching and trawling through the web for info.
