  • This is an Awesome Total Body workout which we did last nite.1 x bell, 1 strict press, 2 jerks, 3 snatches keep alternating L&R for 10mins without putting the bell down at all. Then I x swing, 1 x clean, 1 x front squat, x 100 reps, keep alternating L&R, then to top it off 50 surrenders.
