The Kettlebell Turkish Get-up is a more advanced move and requires great core and shoulder strength plus stability. The exercise is to be performed at a controlled pace at all times.

Beginners should start without weight first, then a light weight, maybe even a 3kg dumbbell and work their way up to the Kettlebell.
