If I was training with you in person, I would have first covered DEAD Lifting with you, the reason for this is to make sure you pick up your weights safely. The reason I did not list the How to Deadlift first in this online beginners guide to Kettlebell Training is because I don’t want to confuse you with the movement and wanted you to understand the Explosive Hip Hinge first.
