This is the main group for participants of the 28-Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge to communicate. This is the place to post your questions, issues, like for example blisters, forearm pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain. Questions re your swing. Questions re the four exercises to be performed after each set. Maybe you need motivation, whatever it is, this is the group where the creators of the challenge will also provide help and assistance. This group has been setup by Caemantraining but any participant of the challenge can ask and answer questions, please do not feel like you have to be silent and only watch, ask, learn, help and participate.
