I do recommend seeking the advise from a qualified Kettlebell Trainer.

What should you look for in a trainer? You should fineĀ one who will first work you up from the inside out, work on your core strength, then help you with correct form & technique, and most importantly, one who will focus on your safety and gradually progress you.
