You are never too old for Kettlebell Training!

Age is just a number

I do recommend seeking the advise from a qualified Kettlebell Trainer.

What should you look for in a trainer? You should fineĀ one who will first work you up from the inside out, work on your core strength, then help you with correct form & technique, and most importantly, one who will focus on your safety and gradually progress you.

Don’t forget to share and like this page for Pete and other Pete’s across the world who are swinging Kettlebells till they take their last breath!
